• The account name must match the name of the bank account holder used for deposits and withdrawals — accounts with mismatched names will not be processed for withdrawal.

• Account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (inactive accounts are subject to a monthly administrative fee of RM 5 after 12 months).

Super888 provides the gaming platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• Super888 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform.
• The maximum total liability of super888 to any member under any circumstances is limited to the net deposit amount made by that member within the 30 days preceding the claim.
• Super888 is not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, third-party system disruptions, or government orders.

Super888 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on this website.
